Can I cancel/edit my order?

At this time, once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel or edit. If you have any specific questions, please reach out to contact@markthouse.com

What if my tracking indicates that my package was delivered but I still haven't received? 

If your package appears to be missing, we encourage you to first:     

Check if the package was delivered to a neighbor's home.     

Check with the shipping carrier within 24 hours as sometimes, the drivers mark the order as delivered before it actually has been.

If you are still unable to locate the package after the labeled delivery date, please contact contact@markthouse.com so that we can help!

Do you ship outside of the United States?

At this time, we only ship within the US, but we look forward to sharing the MARKT HOUSE love and hope to offer international shipping in the near future.
