Shipping policy

Delivery schedules are quoted in business days. Please allow 2 days for order processing and then 5-8 business days for free ground shipping. Processing may slightly vary depending on seasonality and your location, however you can expect to receive your shipping confirmation and tracking via email.

In a hurry?
If you are anything like us, and maybe waited until the last second to accessorize your outfit for your next event, you can choose to pay for Priority Mail (3-4 business days) or Priority Mail Express (1-2 business days).

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@markthouse.com

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but we are not liable for packages once they are in transit.
