*Please note, all sale items are final sale. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate returns if you used a promo code at this time.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery.
    • You have 5 days to request a return from receipt
    • Once you receive the return shipping label, you have 5 days to ship the return
  • Products must be unused, in complete original packaging, and in resalable condition.

How to Initiate a Return

Within the 5 days of receipt:

  1. Access the Portal: 
    1. Log into your account on our online store.
  2. Select Items and Reason: 
    1. From your customer account page, you can view your orders, select eligible items for return, and choose a reason for the return. 
  3. Submit the Request: 
    1. Submit the return request.
  4. Track the Process: 
    1. You can track the progress of your return request through your account page
  5. Receive Labels and Refunds: 
    1. After we have approved the return (within 24 hours) you will receive a return shipping label via email.
    2. You have 5 days to dispatch the return from receipt of the label. If you do not send back within the 5 day timeline, you may not be eligible for a return.
  6. Ships the item back:
    1. Please ensure to include your packing slip in your return shipment. 
    2. Once received and processed, the refund is issued. 

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for a $10 return shipping fee.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email if your return is not approved.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14-20 business days.
  • If the item is not in acceptable condition, we reserve the right to deny the refund.

Damages

  • Please contact us at returns@markthouse.com with your order number and images within 2 days of receipt if the item you received is incorrect, defective, or damaged so that we can rectify on your behalf.
